Raith Engineering Company represents various international companies to provide their quality products and services by prequalification and registration at various clients in Kuwait.
For all Commercial activities in Kuwait, business licenses are issued by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry (MoCI) to Kuwaiti nationals, Kuwaiti companies and in some cases to GCC nationals and companies. Only Kuwaiti individuals or firms are eligible to function as commercial agents in Kuwait, while foreign individuals or firms, other than GCC nationals, are allowed to carry on commercial activities in the country through an Agent.
A commercial agent can engage in a non-commercial activity with a specific agreement. An Agency Agreement is enforceable under Kuwaiti law after it has been registered in the Commercial Agencies Register at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI).
